February 20, 7PM Dylan Uscher

Making his debut at StyleWeek on Friday night was Dylan Uscher of Dylanium Knits.

Dylan Uscher is a self-taught knitwear designer and owner of Dylanium Knits. He is originally from Cambridge, MA and in 2005 moved to Toronto, Canada to study Linguistics at the University of Toronto. In 2010 he finished his Masters of Arts and began pursuing a career in fashion. Continuing to grow and learn, Uscher takes his passion for hand craft and infuses it with his sense of style and aesthetic to create wearable, intelligent knit designs. His work has been featured in numerous high profile campaigns and publications including a 2012 international marketing campaign for MAC Cosmetics, Canada’s FASHION magazine, Huffington Post, and the Boston Globe. Uscher moved back to Boston in 2013 and opened his design studio in the city’s trendy South End.

This season, Usher has taken his foray and turned it into clothing. Great for this chilly winter, we loved every moment of his show featuring chunky sweater dresses, and a beautiful cardigan with a cathedral cape. Usher‘s last look included a black and white dress with a slit that amazed the crowd!
