Recap of StyleWeek Night 3

Night 3 DeBrichhio sponsored by Blueprint 5, Carissa Lynne Designs sponsored by Ting, Janet Howard sponsored by The Martini Factory, and Dylanium Knits sponsored by Zipcar showed their newest collections. All four designers did an amazing job and each line had its own unique touch.

DeBrichhio sponsored by Blueprint 5 started off the night with a black and white trend. All of the designs were simple yet elegant. This line included lots of deep necklines, bodycon dresses, and flowy skirt bottoms. My favorite look was a black silk jumpsuit that made a bold statement when seen coming down the runway. I cannot wait to see what DeBrichhio has walking down the runway next season.

Up next was Carissa Lynne Designs sponsored by Ting. I was excited to see these designs and they most definitely did not disappoint. This line took lace and floral print to a new level. The stunning mustard yellow, baby blue, and cream colored fabrics tied the fairytale look all together. I would love to own any of these pieces.

After Carissa Lynne Designs, Janet Howard sponsored by The Martini Factory took to the runway. From leather to fur, this collection had classy yet hardcore written all over it. The thing I loved most about these designs was that any woman, any shape, any size could wear this whole collection and look great. You could see the excitement on Janet’s face when she did the finale walkthrough.

Lastly, we experienced Dylanium Knits show sponsored by Zipcar. Dylan always impresses me with what can be done with knits. Every season it seems like he comes up with designs that I did not know were even possible. A big trend that was seen in this collection was the use of bulky yarn. We saw tunics, sweater dresses, and much more. When the cold season comes back around, the new Dylanium Knits’ collection will be the first thing I will be looking for.

XOXO
