What are you going to do with all your Holiday money? Hopefully, making a trip to Restored by Design! Designer and StyleWeek veteran, Martha Jackson will be showing with us again this February!
Here are five fun facts about her:
1. One of my favorite quotes is “Nature is the best designer” it is so true – I am constantly inspired and energized by nature!
2. I love using botanicals, particularly flowers, in my work. They make for great fabric designs!
3. I like to use the word yummy to describe textures, materials, lace, color combinations, like a kid in a candy store.
4. My mother taught me to sew in seventh grade, and I was off and running, making my own clothes- my first project was a yellow pleated skirt and red crop top!
5. One of my favorite TV shows is ‘Chopped’, love to watch the creativity in food, and love to play ‘Chopped’ in the kitchen.
